First I have to say that Amber is awesome, I had originally ordered the wrong machine and she called me back and fixed it straight away! Instantly ! Customer service is on point 100% ! I really appreciated that.
Now as for the machine !!! A M A Z I N G !!! I am able to sublimate tumblers with a full wrap – THEY LOOK BEAUTIFUL ! I wish I could post some pics – seamless and perfect and that was on my first try. Machine comes with detailed instructions – WILL DEFINITELY BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN !
